By using Roomwisp, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. ## Information We Collect ### Account Information When you create or use an account, we collect the information needed for the sign-in method you choose: - Email address and account profile information, such as your name and profile image when provided - A one-way password hash if you choose email and password; Apple or Google account identifiers and authentication records if you choose social sign-in; verification records for email sign-in links ### User Content When you use our services, we collect: - Photos you upload - AI-generated design transformations - Your saved spaces and design preferences ### Automatically Collected Information We may automatically collect certain information, including: - Device type and operating system - App usage patterns and features accessed - Error logs and performance data ## How We Use Your Information We use the information we collect to: - Provide and maintain the Roomwisp application - Process your photos and design instructions for AI analysis, content moderation and generation of design visualizations - Store and display your saved spaces and generated images - Authenticate your account and ensure security - Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support - Improve and optimize our application - Comply with legal obligations ## Featured Content AI-generated design images may be featured within the app when public visibility is enabled for your account and the image meets our moderation and featuring requirements. Original uploaded photos are not included in public galleries. When content is featured: - Only AI-generated design images may be featured, not your original photos - Featured content is displayed anonymously without identifying information - You can contact us to request removal of specific featured content New accounts have public design visibility turned off. You can manage this privacy setting in Settings. When you opt out of public visibility: - Your AI-generated images will no longer appear in the featured gallery or style collections - Share links to your images will stop working for other users - Your images will be hidden from other users' saved collections - Turning off this privacy setting allows eligible designs to become publicly visible again Deleting your account removes your generated images from public galleries and disables their share links. ## Third-Party Services We use trusted third-party services to provide our application functionality. These services may have access to your information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf: - **[Cloudflare](https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/)** - Application backend, authentication records, database, private image storage and delivery, AI room analysis, content moderation, object detection, supported AI generation, and account emails - **[fal](https://fal.ai/legal/privacy-policy)** - AI image editing and generation using FLUX models. The room photos, reference images and design instructions needed for a request are sent to fal for processing. - **[Apple](https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/)** - Optional account sign-in, App Store purchases, and direct server verification of purchase status - **[Google](https://policies.google.com/privacy)** - Optional account sign-in Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing their use of data. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies. ## Data Retention We retain your personal information and user content for as long as your account is active. Your photos and generated images are stored indefinitely until you choose to delete them or delete your account. When you delete specific content or your entire account, we will remove your data from our systems within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or legitimate business purposes. ## Your Rights and Choices You have the right to: - **Access** - Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you - **Delete** - Delete individual photos, generated images, or your entire account - **Correction** - Update your account information at any time - **Data Portability** - Request your data in a portable format To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [mjoldic@purplecones.com](mailto:mjoldic@purplecones.com). ## Account Deletion You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. When you delete your account: - Your account information will be permanently removed - All your uploaded photos will be deleted - Your saved spaces, generated designs, and preferences will be removed Your original photos and generated designs become inaccessible through Roomwisp when deletion is accepted. Physical image deletion runs in the background and retries if storage is temporarily unavailable. Files independently used by another account or by the application catalog remain available only for those separate uses. This process is irreversible. Deleting your Roomwisp account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage subscriptions through your Apple account. Purchase records held by billing providers follow their own retention policies. ## Data Security We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. ## Children's Privacy Roomwisp is available to users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action. ## Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
